“In the U.S…most
of the 80 million new jobs created since 1982, were generated by companies with less than 20 employees, while many large businesses,
overtaken by disruptive new technologies, lost about 40 million jobs in downsizing and restructuring” Dr. D. Bruce Merrifield
MODEL:Our model is a privatized version of the International Program for Advancement of Commercial Technology
(INPACT) developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in the 1980s, which proved successful in Israel, Ireland, Iceland Finland,
Chile and India (where it spawned the Bangalore tech valley). It is based on a few basic principles, primarily grounded
in a vetting process that has a 90% success rate over 30-plus years (the Constraint Analysis), combined with establishing
a joint venture (LLC) that integrates the technology developer with a large strategic partner, and supplies all the necessary
business support functions to ensure rapid commercialization.
